Handling Times - Orders placed all have a default one business day handling time and will be shipped the following business day after being ordered (possibly same day if ordered before 12 PM MST). If an order is placed over a weekend or holiday it will not be processed until the following business day - This includes expedited and international orders.
For Expedited/International Orders - Shipping charges are non-refundable for order shipped within our stated handling time.
Returns accepted within 60-days of receiving the product. All returned product must be unused. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

- Every stress point is reinforced with extremely strong bar-tack stitching and heavy duty metal rivets to ensure that the pockets won't ever tear out
- High density nylon webbing is sewn around the outside of every pouch. The heavy duty nylon adds to the durability of the pouch and prevents fraying from constant use.
- The entire combo is on our Pro-Comfort Molded Air Channel Back Support Belt. This belt is the most innovative belt on the market with memory foam backing, patented air channels to prevent overheating and all around comfort.
- The carrying handles are bar-tack sewn and riveted onto the belt. These make the product easy to move around for the times you are not wearing it.
- Each pouch has a seamless rounded box design to maximize the space of the pouches. No more dealing with the bottom of your pouches ripping apart or losing tools in the "envelope style" pouches that taper off to a point.
- Inside of every pouch is a heavy duty plastic insert sewn in between the 1250 denier DuraTek nylon. The insert keeps the pouches from ever losing their shape and prevents tools from poking through.
- The metal suspender rings are triple stitched onto the belt (Top outside, top inside and bottom inside). This means the rings will never rip out.
- The belt itself is made with a double metal buckle and a leather tip that is stitched around the entire edge. The belt will never stretch and fasten securely.

I am impressed with the Gatorback company which sent me the correct size which was originally ordered without charging me an additional fee. In fact, they said to gift the wrong size sent to another electrician. I don't recall any company ever doing such. Also, the employees and owners were very nice and helpful. I will do business with them again and definitely recommend them!

Very comfortable, with pouches that make sense, and have plenty of room. Very grateful that it comes in a small size. I’ve had to take the padding off of other tool belts just to make them work, which was killing my hips.

Great quality and comfortable to wear even for long periods of time. I highly recommend the belt suspenders they only add to the comfort of having to wear it for longer periods. Customer service was also wonderful. I ordered a size that wouldn't fit over all my cold gear. I got a new size belt within a couple of days after emailing them. Didn't have to even send everything back. Just a quick simple swap.

I ordered the electrician tool belt combo with shoulder straps. I love the bags!! The belt was on the large size and I contacted gatorbelt and within 5 mins( yes 5mins I received a reply email and tracking number with my small belt ok it’s way. The customer service I received from both tool belt depot and gator belts is second to none!!! Don’t make a mistake go somewhere else shop right here!!!
Their delivery times for changing different sizes tool belts are fast and reliable. Even when they sent me the wrong sized tool belt they sent me another one that came in within 2-3 days.
I’m in between I tried someone else’s belt which was a medium and a large is almost to big, should have a better diverse selection, like a 32-36 but other then that it’s really a great tool belt and I use mine for sheet metal

Comfort ratings are well deserved. I have more tools loaded than my old belt would ever hold and it’s more comfortable. The belt cushion design makes it feel very light on your waist/hips. Easy to see why it’s a top choice for guys who make their living on jobsites. I expect this thing to last
